Travel go lightly

Traveling through the United States, I've met many people that talk endlessly about protecting our environment, yet most of them cling to their steering wheels.

Giving up the car is hard at first, until you realize how simple and fulfilling life can be without one.

I've spent almost all of my years of travels moving about by bus, bike, or on foot. It is challenging and exciting. You see so much more of a place and meet many more people. It certainly is a lot more fun than trying to find a parking spot for the car.
